Advertised it tracks blood pressure but it does not. It was the only reason I bought it so back it goes. Read more

The only reason I'm giving 3 stars and not 5 is because of false advertising. I chose this ring above the others because it says 10ATM waterproof, meaning it can go under water. I want to track calories burned while swimming. However, the back of the box says water resistance: IP68. It does seem to track everything accurately and fits like any normal ring. Charging and setup are easy. Read more

I have been using this smart ring continuously for the last 3 days without taking it off at all. * I fully charged it to 100% before first use, and after 3 days the battery is currently at 52%. I compared its measurements with both a medical-grade fingertip pulse oximeter and a very reliable smartwatch. * For heart rate, there is roughly around a 5% deviation, although sometimes it is lower. For blood oxygen levels, when the medical fingertip device showed 96%, the ring showed 98%, and it consistently measured about 2 points higher than the medical device. *Regarding sleep tracking, my smartwatch reported a sleep quality score of 71%, while the ring reported 88% for the same night. *For activity tracking, there is again a deviation of around 5–8% compared to the smartwatch. Considering these deviation rates and the price range, this is clearly a price-performance product. However, speaking personally, I am someone who wants precise and definitive results, so for my expectations this product is not suitable. In terms of aesthetics, I see no issues at all. Size was perfect for me.. The thickness is not a problem; it feels completely normal, and most of the time I actually forgot I was wearing it. I also wore it throughout the night without removing it. If we assume the battery lasts around 6 days, being able to keep it on my finger for that long without charging is a nice feature. One downside for me is that it does not sync with the built-in health app on my phone. This is disappointing, because I would prefer to see and manage all my health data in one place. Overall, it works as expected for its price, but users who want medical-level accuracy may find it insufficient. Read more

This smart ring is comfortable to wear all day and does a nice job tracking basic health stats like heart rate, sleep, and steps. The readings are consistent, and the app makes it easy to check your daily progress without feeling overwhelming. Battery life holds up well for regular use, and it charges quickly, which is convenient if you’re always on the go. The design is lightweight and doesn’t get in the way during workouts, chores, or sleep. It’s also waterproof, so you don’t have to worry about taking it off for washing hands or light activity. The size fit my finger perfectly. Overall, it’s a solid, affordable option if you want a simple health tracker that fits seamlessly into your routine. Read more
This ring did not work as it was supposed to. It doesn't track blood pressure, wasn't waterproof, and most of all, it didn't track during sleep. This was the main reason that I wanted it, was to track during sleep, however, it didn't work. The app itself is OK, but I didn't like that you had to literally click each thing to get a reading one time, it wasn't constant, and it took a bit to get it to even read. The ring does look nice, and it's it's durable. The size also fit well, however, to me, this was not a good value as it didn't work as it was advertised. Read more
I like the concept of a smart ring and for the price I was curious to try it out. It does track steps, sleep, and heart rate, and the app does show basic data, but everything feels pretty barebones. The ring itself is lightweight and comfortable, and it is nice not having to wear a watch all the time. That said, accuracy feels hit or miss compared to my smartwatch, especially with sleep and heart rate. The app UI is also pretty basic and not very polished. Battery life is decent, but not as impressive as advertised unless you are very light on usage. For under $30, it is not terrible if you just want to experiment with a smart ring or need something simple. If you are serious about health tracking, this feels more like a novelty or backup than a true replacement for higher-end trackers. Read more
