I love wool and cashmere fiber clothing because they are so soft and stretchy and warm and light at the same time. This wool sweater is very fitted, I would recommend sizing up. Also these should be delicately hand washed. You can purchase wool soak soap, and then soak in your bathtub for cleaning. Please do not throw in washer and dryer, it will shrink. This is my first piece from GRACE KARIN and I was impressed with the quality and the presentation when it arrived. I like the fact that is 100% Merino. It is natural fabric, warm but breathable at the same time. I love the small detail on the sleeves. It is a slim fit sweater even though I ordered Large and not my regular size Medium. I am 5'7" and 140 pounds. The fabric is lightly scratchy, but not bad and the mock neck is not necessarily my favorite but the sweater is still very stretchy, so it doesn't make you feel like choking. It goes perfectly under cardigans, vests or jackets. It is very versatile. Just the hand washing worries me, but well I hand wash my cashmere sweaters so that will add to it. Read more

This is a very nicely made Merino wool sweater for the price. I have several Merino base layers, and this is more of a lightweight sweater than a base layer in my opinion, yet it has a snug, body hugging fit. The sweater is very nicely made and finished, the mock neck, seams and knit look far more expensive than the current price of $60 would suggest. I'm impressed with the value of the sweater for the materials and construction, it's very refined looking. I am not comfortable wearing an outer layer that is this snug, so it will most likely be more of a mid-layer in the winter for me; I will probably choose to wear a super soft tee under this, since the sweater has the characteristic ever-so-slightly-itchy feel of Merino wool (which I always notice even in the very pricey wool brands - I think I'm more sensitive to it than most people) and then wear a looser top layer over it. If I had a more athletic build I would not hesitate to wear this on its own, as the product information lists it as a base layer but the model shows how nice it could look as a lightweight sweater. If this slim fit suits you, I would not hesitate to purchase it for the quality and value. Read more
