This very soft and tasteful sweater is perfect for air-conditioned indoor wear in our very hot and humid summers in South Florida. Because it has a dressier flair to it, I wear it mostly in restaurants and at events/shows. It is a good quality summer sweater that runs slightly large so I ordered a medium (5'2-1/2", 137 lbs). It fits perfectly. It washed very well on the delicate cycle and kept its moderate stretch after drying it for 15-20 minutes and then laying it flat. It came out very well. This was purchased to wear as just a little cover-up when I am indoors, but not to keep warm. My arms get chilly and my arms also are not my best feature. The cardigan itself is beautiful. It is a beautiful crochet and the sleeves which are 3/4 sleeves are loose fitting , not squeezing my arms. The majority of the arm sleeve is a solid knit with a crochet trim. The top of the cardigan is also crochet and a little see-through. It definitely would not keep your shoulders warm, but just keep the breeze off you. My first minor issue is the buttons, particularly the top one. It is very hard to button and unbutton. I wouldn’t button it too often, but if I needed to, this one is almost impossible, and I don’t want to cut it to make it bigger because I don’t want the knit to unravel. Not a big deal because I don’t see myself buttoning it. The cardigan also had a little black smudge in the middle of the back when I opened it, but I did use a touch up pen to get it out. I purchased a large and it is amply sized -that is my usual size. The cardigan is definitely long enough. It comes to my hip and I am very long in the torso, 5 foot seven.. I will watch this by hand and hang it to dry it does say do not tumble dry, but I never tumble dry most of my tops. I am happy with this purchase and will be wearing it this week. Read more

I bought two of these in a Large and they fit. They are lightweight, soft, and pretty. But despite fitting to size overall, the sleeves are far fuller than they look in the pictures. They are so loose that I was unable to push them up above my elbow and have them stay. They are just baggy and don't look right with the rest of the sweater. I will return them. Read more
