Amazing belt it is tight though and I'm small I weigh about 125 lbs and I'm about 5 foot 3 inches. It fit me tight and perfectly but it probably will only stretch another inch or 2 before it would be uncomfortable from being too tight. So it's not one size fits all I would consider it a size small maybe medium. It's easy to put on and the clip is super easy to clasp and it holds great. Doesn't slip as it fits perfectly. I ordered the pink in a small, perfect fit, but it was for a girls trip so I returned because they decided “pink is out, we’re wearing coral” 🤦🏼‍♀️.
