This dress arrived as described. Both the color and size are true to what is pictured and the sizing chart. The plum color was vibrant and looked really good on my skin. The fabric was also good quality and didn't look cheap at all. It was also the perfect amount of thickness and felt very comfortable and it didn't have any clinginess on my skin. I bought this dress to wear to my fiancé’s funeral in June. :( It is nice and long, a flattering cut and shape, and fit my body perfectly. I machine washed it and hung it to dry before wearing it. It was an extremely hot day-105° F- so I expected to be uncomfortable no matter what I wore. This dress breathes pretty well considering how hot it was. It can be easily dressed up with classy heels or dressed down with baby dolls and a jean jacket. I however, have only worn it to his funeral and nowhere else. I will wear it again, just not yet. The dress is really beautiful and has plenty of stretch. For reference I’m wearing a size 18, and my hips are about 50” and I wear a 40DD. It doesn’t feel too tight or anything. The red color is rich and beautiful. The seam quality is pretty good overall, my only complaint is that the belt loops are a bit too big. I can easily cut them down and resew them on, no biggie. I love this dress!!! Professional, nice material, hugs my curves— it was a perfect last minute buy for my 20th college reunion which our school colors were purple. I wanted to wear purple but it’s a rare color if shopping my typical brands or stores. I bought several Grace Karin dresses, and liked this one the most, so I’m returning the other ones. It’s comfortable, form fitting (yet not too much), love the side zipper, front detailing, vest upper, length, and belt. I liked it so much that I might buy other colors for work. I got the size 6 which was perfect. I usually wear a 4, I am 5’7, 155 lbs (athletic build, I’m leaner than when I was 140 lbs), and size 6 was perfect for me. Read more

I wore this to a rehearsal dinner where I wanted to wear just a classic, little black dress and it exceeded my expectations. It’s the right amount of “dressy”, where I felt effortlessly polished & put together. I love the fabric of this dress—traveled for work prior to traveling to the rehearsal dinner and it stayed wrinkle free, plus it was just incredibly comfortable to wear all night. The overall cut/fit of the dress is very flattering (the wrap/belt sits in the right place) but I ended up going up from a size 8 to a 10 as I wanted a looser fit in the bust and shoulder blade areas. The waist and hip fit of the 10 felt the same as the 8, but I definitely noticed the bit of roominess I prefer in the top half of the dress with the 10. The material borderline itchy but ok. The fit is ok, comfortable and completely work appropriate. It’s a good basic but not something I would wear to work when I want to knock it out of the park. I got a size 12 based from the fit guide. I am 5’3.5" and 160lbs. So curvy and it fits perfect, not too tight or loose. It’s a tad long but with heels it’s ok. Read more

Usually I wait until I’m asked to do a review but this dress was worth me saying something the same day I received it! LOVE! The fit, the material, a good amount of stretch, I got the wine color. I love this dress! I will be ordering more colors! It looks great with boots and a blazer for winter and will look great with heels the rest of the year. It fits perfectly!
