I honestly thought that this pallet product was going to include a small applicator because it actually has a slot inside the pallet were a brush would be or something of the sort. Other then that I definitely adore the colors and consistency of the product I find AMAZING, I believe it’s semi oil based so I would say a little primer and some moisturizer should do plus setting powder after application should def do for durability.
