Received product with more than enough time to consume before expiration date. I've been looking for a breakfast cereal that doesn't have sugar and all kinds of additives. This seems pretty healthy. This cereal is such a staple in my kitchen. I personally love adding it to my yogurt for breakfast or even a mid-day snack. It gives the perfect crunch and makes everything more filling. Sometimes I get creative and make yogurt popsicles with fresh fruit and a little bit of this cereal mixed in. When frozen, it keeps a really nice texture and adds that little extra something that makes the popsicles more satisfying. The flavor is mild and earthy, so it pairs well with almost anything. I have also tried it with almond milk and honey, which was really good too. It is not too sweet, and I appreciate that it is made from whole grains and is non-GMO. I always liked Grape Nuts many years ago, but over the years had pretty much forgotten about it and had been eating bran flakes instead. Then the doc told me my triglycerides where through the roof and I had to knock off sugar and carbs. I explained I eat unfrosted cereal and she said it all has sugar in it. So have been eating oatmeal now for several years. Then a guy on a forum I go to said try Grape Nuts it has no sugar. So I looked at the ingredients on Amazon, and sure enough no sugar! So I ordered two boxes. My only issue was one box was really smashed from just being in a bag, but the inner bag had not broken open. So I have been eating that with a small handful of unsalted whole almonds and dried cranberries. It is quite tasty! But with the box being crushed a lot of the cereal got crushed with it which is still edible, but not quite the same and why I knocked off one star. I bought a box from the store which cost a little more but the box is perfect so we will see how the cereal inside is in a few days. Read more

Fresh and in date. I wish they sold the bigger box but..... great fiber and quality. Always a great breakfast shared with a banana, berries or raisins. Mixed with yogurt is a great snack. Read more
