I have tried several chin strap. I always have issues with them because they tend to slide back or not sitwell on me my head. I like that this has a secured strap on the top, but as well on the back of the head. I like that.They, it can be adjusted on the side and the back as well. The chinstrap covers my chin and my neck and doesn't excessively push out my cheeks. It feels very comfortable on my face. I was able to use it for several hours without any discomfort. I was able to speak without any restrain. Other chin straps I have used have been silicone which tends to get a little sweaty. This one is a very soft and thin material that feels comfortable but still tucks my double chin in. Overall, I am very happy with this chin strap mask and I have already ordered a second strap.
