My daughter loves this for her ren fest costume. It fits true to size. It is a little too short in the front for her comfort, but it could be just right for someone else. She uses it either over an underskirt or as a petticoat of sorts to provide volume under another skirt. Quality is good, especially for the price. Fabric is lightweight but not see through.
