A great sweater for cold weather. I purchased an XL and glad I did. I wear Large size but with the XL you can wear another thinner sweater underneath the XL. You can machine wash, however, if you take care of your sweater, you may not need to wash it for a long time. The color I chose is a light grey and it goes with all your other clothing underneath. Although the sweater keeps you warm, it feels lightweight and great to wear. I am planning to order another sweater in a different color because I love this one so much.
