What can I say. It's a green cabbage. Fresh, delicious, not rotten and we cut it up and added some sausage to a pan. Fried it all up and had a great dinner. It arrived nice and green. Easy to cut and no mold. It came in an Amazon refrigerator bag. I'm not sure if it was organic or not. Read more
