Great, cheap way to get costume hair

Ordered this for an Oscar the Grouch costume and I think it'll work well. The headband is 10.5" long and 2" wide and is literally fabric wrapped over thin foam. It's a little big for my head but seems stretchy and big enough to fit even quite large heads. The hair shed like crazy as soon as I got it out of the package- little green strings everywhere! The hair laid mostly flat on my head, which I actually prefer, but it definitely won't stand straight up unless you modify it. That may also be because the headband was bigger and had to be on my head at more of an angle to fit. I gave it 4 stars because it feels very cheap and I don't think it'll last several wears or even stuffed in a bin somewhere for the future- the hair is just not good quality or held in well.
