I was a bit afraid I would not use it sense it was smaller then I was hoping, but I was wrong. I made beef stew in it, and it was great to be able to fry the meat and make the stew by just using this one appliance. I love the non stick feature, as it makes clean-up easy! After striking out 3 times on other pots this is one I will keep. Not thrilled that I could not find one of these with a cast iron pot inside, however we can not get everything I guess. I like the fact that you can sear and then keep the pot going. The only issues that I have with this is that it is still not green enough. Also, NO directions in the box so I have to just play around with it and figure out how it works. Also there is no very low temp so you can not keep it going for many days if you make a giant pot of stew. Alas, I had much waste after just 2 days of trying to keep this going. Other than that It works for My needs. Clean up is very easy as you would expect from a teflon pan. Compared to most of the others on this site I would recommend this one. Read more
