There were no picture reviews for these when I bought them. I thought these paper tubes would be the safest non toxic thing to use when making lip balms but they just look so awful :( I was so careful to use stands for them, funnels, etc etc, but they still dripped and even the ones that didn’t drip down the side, the paper material still looks gross after a single use, like a greasy paper bag. I've ordered these twice for my lip balm. They're very sturdy, look great, and they're not plastic! They hold much more than a little plastic tube, though, so be prepared to make more of your product-- it will last a long time. The reason these are better than kraft paper tubes is because when (not if!) you spill when filling, it wipes off cleanly, unlike the kraft which will stain like a paper bag and then, well, it's ruined-- if you plan to sell these, that is. These are great! Making my own lip balm and these are great- easy to fill, easy to use. Product doesn’t seem to leak through (it’s been less than a week since I filled them.) even when I have them in my pocket all day. I did not have a filling tray/spatula and don’t need it. I do recommend having a thin stick to eliminate air bubbles before product firms up. Would buy again. Read more
