This is by far the best pole dancing grip. I've tried soooooo many others and they make my hand TOO dry. This feels (and smells) like you're rubbing pine tree sap on yourself, which sounds terrible but it's actually perfect. Using this makes you feel like superwoman. Unfortunately because of the high resin content it's not allowed in most competitions. It's also a touch annoying to wipe off poles because it leaves a sticky smudge sometimes. Use non diluted alcohol and some elbow grease. Worth it though. Read more
Very tight grip. Works good for me because I’m new to pole and don’t have a lot of strength yet. * until it starts to wear off you can’t slide your hands on the pole. Read more
Daughter uses for her aerial silks class. She says this is very grippy and only requires a few sprays. She also said it doesn't feel gross afterwards or have a bad smell. Excellent quality at a great price point and very easy to use. Read more

It has a good grip, but I wouldn’t necessarily say it’s a good pole grip, I worry about safety, especially if you sweat I feel like it can get kind of slick I’ve had sudden slips from the pole, but if you’re just practicing and you need a little extra grip then it’s cool Read more
I worked as a dancer for 3 years. This was my favorite pole grip. I now use it for my at home pole. Spray some on your hands and leg spots where you grip the pole. Very good for sweat. Read more
