This urea cream is very effective for rough, dry, and cracked skin. It absorbs well, feels rich but not greasy, and leaves feet and hands noticeably softer. A little goes a long way, and it really helps improve skin texture with regular use. Great value for the price. Read more
The Reluctant Adult—October 27, 2025
I’ll admit it: I didn’t expect much from a foot cream. Most products I’ve tried promise baby-soft feet but barely make a difference after a few uses. The Grocerism Urea Cream 40% completely changed that. Within a few days, I could actually *feel* the difference—my heels were smoother, the rough patches were fading, and my feet looked like they’d just had a professional pedicure. The texture of the cream is thick but not greasy, which makes it feel genuinely luxurious when you apply it. It absorbs quickly, leaving your skin hydrated without that slippery residue that so many creams leave behind. I’ve been using it mostly at night after a shower, slipping on socks afterward to let it soak in. By morning, my feet feel soft, nourished, and refreshed—almost like they’ve been pampered overnight. What really impressed me is how effective it is on calloused or dry areas that nothing else seemed to fix. It’s strong enough to make a visible difference but gentle enough for everyday use. After a week, I noticed my feet didn’t just *look* better—they actually *felt* healthier. If you’re someone who stands all day, goes barefoot often, or just wants your feet to feel spa-ready without spending spa money, this cream is worth every penny. It’s one of those rare products that actually delivers on its promises—and then some. Read more

I love this product! I bought it specifically for my left foot, which has been through a lot of hard work and injuries. Since using this product, it has greatly reduced the time it takes to soak, pumice, use a callus scraper and sander, and soak again. It used to be a long, late-night process, and I always got so tired I gave up. This product really works, and it only took a few nights to see a difference. If I keep it up, I'll have the smoothest feet I've had in five years! I researched it and tried a small amount on my legs, arms, neck, and face. Be careful, though, as depending on the percentage, it can be strong. I now use it all over my body after showering. It's smooth, and the smoothness lasts until my next shower! I haven't had any reactions. I might even try a higher percentage next time! When I use it before bed, I lather it well and wear silicone socks, not cotton. It's not greasy at all, leaving a smooth, soft finish; it absorbs pretty well, and a little goes a long way. There's no smell, and it hydrates my dry skin. Read more
Everyday Reviews—August 29, 2025
Softens skin but patience required I’ve been using this Grocerism Urea 40% cream with 2% salicylic acid for about two weeks now, mainly on my heels and a couple of stubborn calluses. It does what it promises in terms of softening thick, rough skin—the urea works to break down the hardened layers, and the salicylic acid helps with gentle exfoliation. I also liked that it isn’t greasy; it absorbs fairly quickly for a heavy-duty cream. The added aloe and tea tree give it a light, clean scent and a soothing feel. That said, this isn’t an overnight miracle. You’ll need to apply it consistently, and results show up gradually over days, not hours. If you stop using it, the roughness starts to creep back in, so it’s more of a maintenance product than a one-time fix. Also, if your skin is cracked, it may sting a bit at first application. Bottom line: A strong, effective cream for dry heels and calluses, but you’ll need to stick with it to see lasting results. Read more

Excellent for dry and cracked skin. It visibly softens from the very first applications, especially on feet and heels. It has a thick texture but absorbs well and has no strong scent. A little goes a long way, and it delivers on its promises. Read more

My last job had me on my feet for HOURS and caused a lot of damage. This Grocerism Urea cream is helping seal in moisture and reduce peeling. It doesn’t feel sticky and I know using this cream at night combined with a nice pair of socks will improve the feel of my feet. I applied the cream hours ago and my feet still feel soft and aren’t peeling at all. Read more
