I can't confirm that this helps with sleep, pain, or even "well-being" but I can confirm that I was able to verify conductivity from the pillowcase surface to the grounding plug with a laboratory-quality multimeter! So whatever benefits grounding can offer each individual, I can confirm this pillowcase can provide those benefits from an electrical standpoint! It's well made, great stitching, good quality connector (snap-fit) and a very nice grounding plug with a large finger hold for easy insertion/removal! It's on a pillow ready for use tonight, but I honestly don't have any trouble sleeping or with pain so I'm not really "set up" to speak about the benefits of grounding yet. I ordered 3 of the same pillow cases and when I took them out, two matched, were a stiff scratchy fabric, and one was a nice soft fabric of a slightly different gray. I really expected three of the same thing and really would have liked three of the softer ones! Read more

I ordered the gray grounding pillowcase. Grounding is not new to me, for anyone thinking of trying this, they might give it a week or two to really notice the benefits. I checked the pillow case for continuity with a multi meter and everything passed. Pillowcase feels soft uncomfortable. Using the pillowcase for grounding, saves time and keeps you from grounding during the day while you're awake. Read more

I have an Earthing brand mat and this pillow case. I used a multimeter to test if they work. The Earthing mat does. This pillow case does not. I even switched cords to test and same result. I regret this purchase. Read more

This grounding pillowcase is great! I like that it has real silver fibers and made of cotton. It came with a nice instruction booklet and grounding cord. It is well made and functionally works very nicely. If you move your pillow around a lot during sleep though, you may want to consider a grounding product other than a pillowcase due to safety reasons because the cord must be attached to function properly. I love this pillowcase! It is comfortable, really no different than a regular pillowcase. The cord snaps on and connects to the grounding spot on your outlet. I don't feel anything when I lay on it, but I do feel less stiff when I get up. I also notice that I fall asleep much sooner. I like that it is a way to ground where I don't even have to think about it. It is there, I go to bed, and it does its work. Read more
