So I really don't understand what happened in this situation I just want to point out that I've only had this toy since I believe October. I only had it plugged up for about 4 hours from 10:00pm to 2:12am I had put it on the back of my couch so that I could charge it and have it ready. And then I doze off watching TV on the couch I woke up when the battery then exploded on me and burnt my shoulder, possibly my hair, and melted part of the inside of my couch that cushion is broken, I will post a picture of the product and my couch but not my arm because it is still a fresh won't and still showing up as that fresh just burnt skin look lo if I do get a hold of Amazon support I will be finding a way to send a picture of my arm also to them). I honestly don't understand what happened or why exploded but needless to say I am not very happy I am about to contacting Amazon support.
