Its exactly what I thought. The instructions were very easy to follow. I love that they say "sit it on the box" for easier installation because I would have been getting wild haha. The seat is wide, thickly cushioned, and very supportive, making it perfect for long workdays or extended gaming sessions. The pocket spring lumbar support and included pillow provide excellent back support and help reduce fatigue over time. This chair is great, very comfortable and was a breeze to assemble. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. The price was in my budget and at this time seems to show good quality. With that said, the shopping experience was lacking. It looks like tapping the box was poorly done as you can see in the pictures I uploaded. Before I can put the chair together, I had to clean it completely top to bottom. As it looked like the delivery drivers drove through the desert to my home? That is the only reason for the 4 stares. By far the most comfortable office chair! I bought this as a gift, but as someone who works from home, games and all that in between, comfort at the PC is vital! This chair does it all, besides massage, of course. It reclines, it has cushion in all corners, even in the armrests! Not a bad chair, but not the best either. The arms go up and down fine, but to move them in and out you need to loosen 3 screws for each one under the seat. The back reclines, not the whole chair and its held by a pressure clamp. It works just fine now, but I can forsee this getting loose with time and usage. The foot rest is a nice touch. Goes well with the reclining back. But the rails feel flimsy and I thought I would permanently bend them after my first use. The foam on the seat is nice and thick. But it's kinda soft and I feel as if I'm sitting on the board under it. And I'm 300 lbs, this is supposed to support 400. I do like the feel of the chair back. The lumbar support springs are quite comfy and the wing pillows support my shoulders very nicely. I don't use the headrest much, but when I do its also very nice. Read more

It's 100% worth it. My husband is over 6ft and it took me 2 days to even find something that would be tall enough for him. The quality is PERFECT! I wish was kidding. Overall, this is a nice chair. However, it is not as comfortable for long periods as I had hoped. The seat padding seems thin and is uncomfortable after hours of sitting. I spend a lot of time sitting in front of my computer. Often for several hours at a time. The back support is very good, and I really like the footrest. The fit is very good with plenty of room in the seat. If the seat padding were just a little better, I would easily have given this chair 5 stars. Read more
