An excellent liquid liner! With a nice, rich black color. It is not matte but is still beautiful. Definitely lasts longer than most other liquid liners I have used and does not smudge. . I was skeptical of this very expensive eyeliner. I thought, am I really going to spend this much for an eyeliner? Well let me tell you this is a holy grail status product! The product is very black, very smooth, and the brush is perfection! It says in the product description that it is a shiny formula but it looks matte to me.
