A good bag but there's room for improvement.
Had I been the designer of this bag, I would have put padding on the shoulder straps and made them removable for those who want to just use it as a purse rather than a backpack. I would have also designed some sort of locking device for the zippers and made the drawstrings independent of each other so that they may be tied in a knot. Otherwise, I have no complaints.
