It takes a little getting use to but if you follow directions in their video it'll finally sink in. I had to look at the video several times and got the knack of placing the ball on your cheek in order to get a detailed, correct line both on top and bottom. The actual guide line black eyeliner is amazing as it stays on and lasts a whole day. I would definitely reorder especially since I now have the hang of it. Read more
I’m still trying to figure out how to use the applicator. The gel eyeliner does not stay put. I tight lined with it and it ended up in my eyes . For me personally it’s not functional. Read more

I bought this kind of on a whim. An algorithm showed this to me, and I thought it would be great! The woman who invented this has Parkinson's, so it's really hard for her to put on eyeliner, and if you hold this the right way, it steadies itself on your cheek, so you can put your eyeliner on. Mine came with some black gel eyeliner and I bought the brown gel, too. (BTW - I love both of them). I have "essential tremor," so a lot of the time, my hands can be a little shaky, so I thought this would be perfect, but I don't know what is about this that I can't figure out. I've watched way too many YouTube videos where women are showing you how "easy" this is to use. This is obviously user error. I'll try in a few more times, and if my opinion changes, I'll let you know. Read more
