Got this recommendation from Reddit lol. The branding on this is cringey but the product is great. Most lubes I’ve tried give an instant, sometimes unrelenting burning sensation. Possibly from citric acid? This is extremely comfortable and provides long-lasting lubrication. Be warned that it could stain your sheets, but OxiClean will take care of that. For toys go for Med Cosa sterile lubricating jelly (also on Amazon). I got that recommendation from my pelvic floor PT lol. It also works well without burning but leaves a tacky feeling on the skin, so it’s been vetoed by my bf. Arrived very quickly. Like greased lightning, you might say. Package was discretely wrapped and boxed. I'm going to tell you a couple of things about this product that you may not have known before: Firstly, this lubricant was invented by US Marines to "oil their guns"... I say bravo! Secondly, it also makes an excellent makeup remover. Hey, don't judge! It leaves your skin soft, smooth, and supple. Does not leave a heavy greasy feeling on your skin. My bf and I did extensive testing and comparison with similar products, and found this one to be the best by a long shot. It is water soluble, non toxic, tastes good, has no fragrance, and has a variety of newly discovered uses. As i said before: great makeup remover, also works in place of shaving cream for bikini area, fixed that sqeaky door, and once I even fixed my sticky car fan with it! However, I don't have any guns to test it on, so I cannot vouch for that, but I'm sure the marines can! Have used many different types/kinds of lube with my partner and have not found an anal lube that we liked until now!! GUN OIL - don't let the word oil fool you as it contains NO oil. And who knew that this stuff is a product created from the use of CLP during Operation Desert Storm. One of those marines (THANK YOU) took that CLP and created a nice slippery lube which does not dry out right after it comes out of the bottle, which of course makes it last much longer. It is a bit pricey, but that's okay! One thing has changed since my first bottle is that now it only comes in a pump. I wish they would at least give the choice of cap or pump. With the cap it was just open, pour, snap close, and slide in. The pump has given some challenges, but has not deterred. Gun Oil, as mentioned is very slippery, and I am not one that is going to worry about getting Gun Oil on the bottle itself, though it does make for a slippery hold. And then once on the hands, it gets on the cameras and table tops. So don't be touching any door knobs, or opening your the ice box for a bottle of water. And be a good idea to do clean before sitting on the toilet least forget to wipe the seat. I have not noticed any staining of sheets, towels, or other clothing, which also makes it a great lube. This is a great product which lubricates with excellent results. The only draw back is that is you travel with this product and its in a side position, IT WILL LEAK. After using ID Glide's Water Based lube for a while and absolutely hating it, my girlfriend and I both really disliked lube, assuming that it was all sticky, thick, and gooey like that stuff. We couldn't have been more wrong. This is definitely good stuff. You really don't need a whole lot each time, and it lasts MUCH better than the water-based stuff. We've used it with condoms, both latex and non-latex with no issues. This stuff is very smooth, although there is still the TINIEST bit of stickiness to it, which is probably just because of the nature of something that is meant to reduce friction. When you wipe it off, though, it will still leave your hands (or other areas) somewhat slippery, but when you actually either rub it all the way in or wash it off, your skin will be extremely soft, thanks to the Vitamin E. This stuff is now pretty much a staple in our private life. You need MUCH less than with water-based stuff, and it lasts MUCH longer. It's not even close to as thick or sticky. It's pretty runny and thin and it's not really "sticky" like other lube, it's just "lubey". The cap is easy to get on and off, but stays on pretty solid. In addition, it comes with a pump head on it, which can lock by turning it sideways. This stuff has definitely been a game-changer for my girlfriend and I, and I recommend it to anyone looking for a good lube or that is sick of thick, gooey, sticky lube. Read more
