TRUE RATING -1 I purchased this cover for my dad’s vehicle. It did not fit properly. It was too big. I reached out to vendor as my dad was frustrated and no longer wanted this cover. I requested to return the cover, which was approved and a return label was sent. I packaged the item and had it ready for drop off. I then received a message from the seller asking about the make/model of the vehicle. The areas where the cover didn’t fit, and a photo of the cover on the vehicle. Well, by this time I already packaged and labeled the box. I answered their questions, but let them know I could not take the photo because I already prepared the item for return. For 2 additional days the seller continued to ask for photos to “troubleshoot” just to give you an idea, this cover was WAY too big for the car. No amount of “troubleshooting” was going to magically make the cover fit. The seller then started trying to negotiate. They offered to just sell it to me for 50% off to avoid me returning it. Ummmm NO! I’m not paying to keep an item that is useless. They finally accepted that I was returning the item, and informed me they would be deduct $11.33 for the shipping cost. 🤯 Not only did you send an item that was not as described, but you charged me to return it!
