I grabbed these mostly because I was looking for an easy snack to toss in lunches or just keep around for when I want something sweet. Chips get boring and candy bars feel heavy sometimes. Each pouch has just enough to get a sugar kick without feeling like you ate too much. The tropical and strawberry flavors are pretty solid, kind of that classic fruity candy taste. The inside juice burst is still fun even though I am not a kid anymore. They are gluten free which is good if that matters to you, and the vitamin C is a small bonus. Still, nobody is buying these as health food so do not expect that. They are chewy and sweet and that is about the whole deal. The only thing is the pieces can sometimes stick to your teeth which is a little annoying. Overall they do what I wanted. A quick throwback snack that is easy to grab and pack.
