Here are my impressions of this product so far: The Good: 1. Weight: It's quite portable and doesn’t add much bulk to your travel luggage. 2. Height: The overall length exceeded my expectations. The added length is a great feature for a selfie stick, providing more options for capturing photos and videos. 3. Remote: The included remote is intuitive and reliable, making it easy to take shots from a distance. 4. Camera Connectors: It can hold a cellphone or a camera, adding to its versatility. 5. Selfie and Tripod Features: You can use it as either a selfie stick or a tripod, and both functions work well. 6. Adjustments: The tripod is quite adjustable, allowing you to position your phone in various ways without many constraints. The Bad: 1. Shake: Despite the title claiming it’s anti-shake, it really isn’t. This is the biggest downside of the product. From my experience with similar selfie tripods, it’s challenging to eliminate shake completely, especially given that the bases are smaller than those of regular tripods. I’ve used other brands that shake much less than this one. This one shakes quite a bit, even indoors, so I can only imagine how it would perform in windy conditions. I suspect the flexible plastic legs are to blame, but switching to stronger materials like aluminum could compromise portability. 2. Color Theme: I might be nitpicking, but I’m not a fan of the shiny reddish-gold buttons. They give the product a toy-like appearance rather than an elegant and sophisticated look. At the end, considering the price point, it serves well as a functional selfie stick or a budget-friendly tripod. Read more

The media could not be loaded. Read more

The media could not be loaded. I am not a fan of this tripod. I needed one so badly and was hopeful that this would be a good-quality tripod, but it's not. I'm not going to trust my phone on it. I'd trust an older phone that I can use for videos, but for now, I'm not putting my new phone anywhere near this tripod. If you have a light phone, will be on a solid, flat surface, and need the tracking feature, this might be a good tripod for you. That means the phone mount will be in the lower position most of the time, and the knob to tighten the mount holding the phone's position won't be under so much strain. Or, if you know the phone mount will always be in the lower position when you're using this tripod, I'd trust this tripod. But even then, it's heads or tails whether the legs of the tripod will last or even open, and I don't see that happening correctly often. This just isn't a good tripod. It's a great idea in theory, I guess. The tracking feature is really cool, but the overall quality of this tripod is not good. In the video, I explain why I don't like this tripod. Please forgive me. I am very new at making videos, and as I watch it back, it makes me crazy that I don't explain better what I am trying to point out, but I will try to make clear here what I might not have in the video. When you press the button to open the legs of the tripod, they get stuck on their hooks. You have to physically push the legs open while holding the open button down to release the legs. You see me doing that in the video. The hooks locking the legs are very low quality. I don't see those lasting very long, especially since you have to physically open the legs every time. Those are going to break off, and when they do, the tripod will not lock closed. All of the plastic involving the legs is simply low quality. They are not made to last or to endure any ongoing usage. My other issue with this tripod is the knob that tightens the position of the phone mount. That's going to wear out quickly, especially if you have a heavy phone. But more than that, I just don't trust the quality enough to be sure the mount won't break on me after ongoing usage. If you're not used to tightening knobs on a tripod, this will become annoying fast, and you'll start forcing the mount into place. I know this will happen because I did it while filming. Even knowing better, I tried to force the mount to move. Once I start doing that, the threads holding the mount in place will wear out, and it's only a matter of time before they stop locking altogether. I haven't used a tripod in a long time that required me to tighten a knob, which is exactly why I started to force the mount. In theory, this is a cool tripod but it's not easy to use at all. Especially if you want to use the tracking feature. It's neat, but you can't practically use it unless the tripod is weighed down or held in place somehow. It's a pointless feature. Another pointless feature is the remote control. It feels cheap, easily falls out of its mount, and has features I don't need or care about. I don't need to scroll through social media and press the middle button to "like" a post. These pointless buttons are in the middle of the remote, while the important buttons are small and on the bottom of the remote. This tripod is also somehow heavier than my metal tripod which is but better quality and was cheaper. The phone mount will be compatible with most phones. The list price for this tripod is $19, and I don't think it's worth it. Read more
