This gaming chair was really easy and quick to put together. It was packaged nice with no damage to the parts and all parts needed were there. The middle pillow section massages by plugging it into a usb. Nice added feature! It also reclines smoothly and it adjusts up and down too. (Obviously when scooting forward ensure a chair foot is positioned upfront to avoid falling forward when sitting/scooting) shipping was advised 12/20 then rescheduled to 12/27, contacted seller and they advised no later than 12/23. Does not ship via amazon, hence the $40 shipping fee. Box arrived in good condition, heavy- ensure 2 adult lift. searched online for instructions since zero were included and couldn’t find on stores page. Overall satisfied with chair. Good for all heights under 6’2” and under size 16 women. Seats are shaped like a sports car -racing seat-main reason why I bought it along with comfort and massage pillow. Pros: it is a good entry price point and though is structurally simple it is comfortable for those that are going to be sitting in it for a while It was easy to assemble and took less than 30 minutes to do so not ikea headaches!! Cons: The message capability is just okey It doesn’t have anything fancy like a internal lumbar support, but for the price that makes sense Overall for a entry level chair it’s great for the money!
