I’m not a gym rat these days but I certainly know more than a few. When I saw the GYMREAPERS clip tag T-shirt, my best friend immediately came to mind. He’s long complained about the poor selection of athletic apparel since our local sports store closed last summer. The GYMREAPERS tee is true to its aspirations of fit, fabric, and function. FIT: This tee neither swallows because of bad sizing nor is it skin tight like so many tees that incorporate spandex or other similar fabrics. Its athletic cut is “just right”, highlighting underlying build without the implied narcissism! FABRIC: The tee uses a 60/40 cotton/polyester blend giving you cotton clean looks (and feel) and wrinkle-less benefits of polyester ready to wear. The fabric makes the tee. It breathes and wicks sweat away from your body for temperature management during workouts. The polyester component of the fabric helps the tee dry quickly, making the tee well suited from gym to game to home. The fabrics weight is ideal for the multipurpose use of this tee. FUNCTION: the tee accomplishes everything it set out to do. It’s a great workout “accessory” and looks good whether it’s in the gym or out on the town. This shirt is horrible, I tried on a XXL and most XXL shirts are decent but this was obviously not made for someone with muscles or wide shoulders. If a slim frame no muscles or anything excessive outside out of a wide body frame it's perfect for everyone else I would t recommend it it felt like I was wear a large or XL large when I try on crew shirts from walmart So order either 1 or 2 sizes up in my opinion Read more
I grabbed this in XL Olive and the athletic cut is exactly what I wanted for the gym and casual wear. Fit hugs the chest, shoulders, and arms without clinging to the midsection, so it really shows off the muscles while staying comfortable. Fabric is a soft 60/40 cotton-poly that feels lightweight, breathable, and holds its shape after washes. Tagless neckline and smooth seams add to the comfort. Great value. This is a quality made shirt. The fabric is sturdy but soft and breathable and perfect for the gym or as a casual addition to any outfit. It it true to size and not fitted at all. A nice t-shirt for the price! Read more
Soft, comfortable and runs pretty true to size. The only thing I wish was different is the shoulders. If it had a "raglan" sleeve design it offers better comfort, range of motion and I feel like it accentuates the shoulders better. Read more
I have a muscular build with some extra “marbling” and it’s difficult to find clothes for large shoulders, a big chest (44”) and a big back with still a 32-34” waist, without being clingy in the midsection. This shirt by gymreapers is fantastic as far as fit, quality, comfort, breathability and is true to size for burley athletic builds. Accentuates the shoulders and arms and traps. Compliments the “v-shape” of a more muscular build without clinging to the mid section too much. I didn’t know what to expect from this shirt but I’m really impressed and highly recommend it for gym and casual wear. Read more
i normally wear a xxl and this size xxl t-shirt fits exactly like a target/old navy xl, the only difference being the sleeves are so tight that its not really that nice to wear. I was hoping an xxl in this athletic fit would just have a tighter waist shorter length then a standard xxl but that is not the case. less breathable than a regular 100% cotton and not worth the price.
