This belt is great. As for size I measured at a 31” so I was close to being between small and medium. I ordered both. As you can see the medium fit I had two holes left and the small I was using the second hole. I think medium worked best. The belt has great support. Not to stiff out of the package. Read more

I got this belt along with a couple others because I wasn’t sure what belt design I wanted, and kept this one. It took some getting used to since I’d never lifted with a belt before, but once I was used to it, it changed my lifting forever. I’ve felt far more comfortable squatting heavier weights and moving my max up since I’ve gotten it. The thickness of it is incredible, and I know it’ll last because it’s real leather, not the fake cheap vegan leather some belts are made of. Read more

The media could not be loaded. this belt is really does have soft material so I feel like it is easy to rip, but other then that this belt it’s amazing the shape is just what I was looking for and at good price. I would recommend that you save the plastic bag for it so you can put it in there once you not using it, because if you place it in your gym bag by itself probably over time the material on the belt will tarnish because it’s that delicate, but is still anabolic asfccc for your lifts!!!!
