I bought this for my 11 year old daughter for Christmas. It was shipped on time and nicely packaged and the scooter itself felt nice and sturdy like it has good material. My daughter likes the LED lights and they look nice at night. The scooter goes 10mph like it says so it's nice for cruising around the park or around the block. I would recommend for 11 year old or younger or as a beginners scooter. I did have a few issues with it like the bike light not working properly and the switch to make it go go getting stuck but customer support reached out and are rectifying the situation which I greatly appreciate. They sent a brand new one a week later, today was his first day riding it and it seems to be working fine so far. It definitely goes fast. It's a nice little machine. Very bright and fun. Let's just hope it continues to work well! As far as customer service they reached out after I reviewed the product and did not waste no time on replacing the bad one. Got it as a birthday present in December for my son... Opened the box last month due to winter months, Rode it no more than four times... Maybe 20 minutes each if that... And go to turn it on. Fully charged and no electric. It turns on but it doesn't push. Shame on this company. I tried calling their 1-800 number but it just goes straight to voicemail. I order this scooter a couple of days ago for my son’s birthday. He just opened it yesterday and was so excited about it. He rode it for about 15 minutes and then it stop running…..I didn’t think too much about it and just put it on the charger thinking it was just dead. I charged it for 3 hours and went to turn it on but nothing happened. I held down the power button for 2 whole minutes thinking it was me and it still did not turn on. The charger base showed it was green but the scooter did nothing. I am really disappointed. After reading google reviews about this company I don’t even want a replacement. This scooter is awesome. Present for my 6 yr old grand. It was his favorite gift. I was worried it was going to be too much for him to use. When us adults first tried it in the house, we had a hard time controlling it. But once outside it was easier. His old scooter was a triwheel and we weren't sure about this product. He mastered it pretty fast. It was a hit with his friends. I just ordered myself an adult scooter so I can keep up with him. We are gonna have some fun times. Great value for the cost. The lights on it make it extra special as well as a good indicator you still have power. A bell for trail riding is great too. Charges up in a few hours and we were able to use it for a good 2 hours. We kept going back and forth whether to get our 10 year old son a E scooter as they can be dangerous. but this brand can only go 10 MPH. Our little dare devil typically goes faster than that on his bicycle. I love that it has both decorative lights on the side as well as a little headlight. the battery lasts a full days play. My son is extremely active and loves to be outside so this e scooter really gets beat up and it has stood up to the pressure! It is a great value for the cost! Read more

It is supposed to go 10 miles per hour on the highest gear. It does not. My grandson weighs 67 lb, it should go 10 miles per hour. Other than that it works good and looks good. Read more
