Product does not work!
Don't waste your time. Used it out of the box and it only had a weak filtration output from the end of the filter. It did do a credible job of removing heavy metal this time. Used it a second time only to find that my coffee machine puts out more of a flow. Tried to contact manufacturer in CHINA via their sites email for help or a replacement but haven't received a reply in over 3 weeks! So much for customer service. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FILTER AND COMPANY!!! Read more
