For United Airlines pilots, these are a close match.. not 100%, but good enough. So much more comfortable than the Brooks Brothers version. I've been wearing these dress pants for work for the last 4 years plus now. They are by far my favorite work pants. They hold up really well and they fit very well. I would recommend going up about a size if you want a more looser fit as they tend to shrink a little bit in the dryer even with the elastic inner band and the natural stretchiness to the clothing. After they are broken in they are even better with little to no shrinking after drying and they will retain their color even 2 years later. Read more
