Don’t buy this. As it hangs on the shower-head, the shelves told towards YOU. Meaning that the containers placed in the shelves are not sturdy and could fall at any time. The slat/hook that the shelf slides on to was not created with gravity in mind. Read more

Easy to Adjust, Too Easy to Shift

I was really hoping this hanging shower caddy was gonna be great, and while there are some nice features, a few key design flaws made it less functional than I expected. Putting this together was simple, and I appreciated that the manufacturer thought ahead when packing it—like placing the screws on the adhesive squares so they wouldn’t get lost. That initially confused me, but once I found them, assembly was straightforward. One of the best parts of this caddy is its adjustable shelving. The shelves don’t have to be screwed in, making it easy to change the height without tools. Just unhook and re-hook to adjust, which is a nice touch. However, that flexibility also comes with some downsides. The biggest issue is the height adjustment. While the flexibility is great in theory, in practice, it didn’t work for my setup. If I placed the top shelf high enough to fit my bottles, it made that top shelf unusable. If I lowered it, it took up too much space and made the bottom shelf useless. This means that despite the adjustability, it still didn’t accommodate taller bottles well. Another problem is how easily the shelves and hooks move around. The baskets slide onto the hooks on the main bar effortlessly, which makes adjusting them simple—but they’re too loose, so they shift when you grab a bottle. Then there are the additional hooks that hang on the baskets themselves, and these are even worse. They hook on easily, but they also fall off just from pulling something off of them. This lack of stability makes the caddy way less secure than I’d like. The U-shaped rubber ring that’s supposed to help stabilize it on the shower head also doesn’t fit snugly, so it doesn’t provide enough grip. This shower caddy has some thoughtful design elements, but the execution falls short. The adjustable shelves and easy setup are great, but the lack of stability, loose hooks, and tricky height placement make it frustrating to use. It’s just not secure enough, and if you have taller bottles, it’s unlikely to meet your needs. Read more
