This is a really cute and practical hair tool set, and I like that it includes everything I reach for most days. The paddle brush, wide tooth comb with rat tail and the spoolie cover a lot of different hair needs, so it feels like a useful little kit rather than a random bundle. The paddle brush is the standout for me. It works smoothly through my chemically treated hair without pulling, and the etched butterfly design is super cute! The comb is great for detangling in the shower or working conditioner through my hair, and the rat tail is handy for parting and the spoolie is great for small styling details. Each piece feels lightweight but not flimsy. The brush is comfortable to hold, and the comb glides through without snagging. I would not call the materials high end, but they feel sturdy enough for regular use and they look nice sitting on a vanity. This set is great for everyday use. For the price, I think it is an exceptionally good value because you get three tools you will actually use. If you want a simple, pretty, and functional set for daily hair care, this one works great. My hair is long, past my hips in length, somewhat fine in texture, not particularly lush and abundant, minimal wave. Just received this brush today and it seems to work well. I had a few small tangles, so I put the brush down and worked those out with a wide toothed comb before continuing to brush my hair. Brushing does feel good on my scalp and my hair did seem smoother and shinier, but I will need to see if that really is the case after a few months of use. The brush seems well made, again time will tell. Included with the brush was a rat tail comb, as well as an additional gift, a long handled eyelash/mascara brush that can be used to separate lashes if your mascara is a bit clumpy. Brush cleaning and washing instructions are also included. If you are looking at trying a boar hair + nylon bristle brush, this could be a good choice and good value for you. Read more

I absolutely love this brush! The boar bristles feel soft on the scalp but still manage to detangle thick and frizzy hair easily. The packaging was good enough and everything was shipped pretty expeditiously. 👍 The brush itself is phenomenal. I have a lot of very fine wavy hair and my daughter has fine tight curls. Both of our hair is very thick , and the brush had no problem getting through. This brush really helps detangle our hair gently and the boar bristles massage the scalp and distribute oils very nicely. It left our hair smoothed out and soft and I absolutely love it. Best boar-bristle nylon combo brush I've ever owned. Altough , I would not be able to use the brush on my husband's very tight african coils , so it should be made apparent that this is not a product for everyone and people with coarse hairstrands and extremely tight coils should not waste their money. The comb seems to be made cheaply and it was a little rough around the edges. I shaved it down with my scissors and it's fine now. The point is very round , so if you were planning on using this comb for parting sections , it will not do the job very well. On a positive note , the comb is very thick and sturdy and I use it to detangle my daughter's hair in the tub , so it makes a nice wet-comb. I would say , it's worth the price for the brush , and getting the comb is just a bonus. I would not base your purchase of this off of the comb alone. Read more

I lost my brush that is identical to this so I re-ordered and this time it came with like a long mascara brush. It’s insane. It cleans out the hair in your brush in seconds. Why didn’t I think of that? Anyways, this is the only brush I use as well as my daughter. She says it doesn’t hurt her head.. I used to buy the $90 piercing mason brush, but this is identical. I would never imagine that I could love a hairbrush so much as to leave a review for it, but here we are. The very first time i ran this brush through my hair was an OHHH moment. It's different from anything I have used in a good way, a GREAT way! The very first time I used it, my husband remarked that my hair looked glorious. He actually used the word - GLORIOUS. My hair really did look amazing and it felt amazing and it's because of this brush. The brush grabs a lot of hair gently and detangles effortlessly. The before and after picture the company uses of the girl with long straight brown hair is no joke and was my experience, this brush seems to work miracles in minutes putting every hair in its place.. Before trying this brush, I didn't think it was possible to have a Holy Grail of hair brushes, but this one is it for me -and I'm so glad to have found it. For reference, my hair tangles easily as it is very long, straight, thick, and fine. This brush feels like absolute luxury for my hair. Super smooth ponies, buns and updos are a breeze. The brush comes with a comb that detangled my wet hair pretty quickly as well. It went much faster and was less pain than usual. If you're in the market for a new brush, give this one a try!
