Packaging is horrible. Ordered one and the fiber hold spray leaked all over. Requested a replacement of the whole kit and the second one was even worse. The whole package was soaking wet and falling apart. Most of the product leaked out this time so I took the bottle from The first order topped it off and am returning one with almost nothing in it. The fibers work great though as well as the comb edge. Sprayer works you just have to shake it some after every few sprays. Nice size package of replacement fibers. Read more

My husband really liked this product! It looks natural and the buffer works great, as long as you hold it a bit far from the top of your head. The spray is good, but if you do too much it gives that wet look that doesn't scream "as natural". He got the medium brown color and it matches his hair color perfectly. Makes my bald spots disappear!! Comes with a good kit which is very helpful, washes away just with some shampoo keeps the bedsheets clean!! Edit: I gave it a 5 star at first due to how good it was, after using it few times I started getting bad rash in my head, my skull is all swollen and I feel like this product has some issues.
