This thing is absolutely perfect. At my time of purchase, it was a little bit unclear from reviews if it truly fit the HD07 or not. As it ends up, it fit absolutely perfectly. You do have to be careful at least on this model, not to over tighten it or it will spread apart. On installation I actually carefully glued the edges together with superglue, before I slid it up into position. Has been on the wife’s dryer for about six months now and is functionally flawless. Restores the factory appearance when what is probably a $.25 part on a $300 hairdryer, fails and looks like crap. Color match absolutely perfect. Incredible value for the money. Read more
