Silky soft
I have never bought microfiber sheets before as I didn’t think polyester, regardless of the fineness of the fibers, would be uncomfortable. I bought these, however, for some kids’ beds as cotton thread counts are unknown to them. They were soft out of the package, and this hasn’t changed with several washings. They don’t feel like polyester. Thry are more like a very high thread count cotton, with a silky feel. They also apparently are more breathable than I thought they would be. The price, of course, is a fraction of what cotton linens with a comparable thread count would be. I’ve heard mixed things about how well microfiber sheets handle extended use with regular washing. But as someone who has only used cotton or linen for their feel and breatheability, I’m impressed so far. Read more
