This hair powder really delivers, giving you a lot of volume without any sticky residue. A little goes a long way thanks to its super-fine texture, so you get more for your money. I've been using pomade for the past 10 years or so and have been relatively happy with those type of hair styling products. Wanted to give styling powder a try since my nephew uses it and raves about it. First impressions was the bottles were smaller than expected. They are smaller than what is depicted in the pictures. The bottles are also very light.....almost as if their is nothing in the bottles. But its powder so I get it. As far as the styling part.....i guess it works to some degree. I tried multiple methods.....applying the powder on my hand and applying the powder directly on my hair. Both methods had similar results. i was able to do some styling with my fingers which looked decent, but as soon as I tried my comb....it didn't have the look I was after. Had to follow up with some pomade for the desired effect. After about an hour or so, my hair started to flatten out, which was not ideal. This hair styling powder is just as described. The bottles are small (0.36 ounces per bottle) but a little powder goes a long way. I am more familiar with dry shampoo but this is a different product that should be used on clean and dry hair. It provides lift when put on the roots. It is a fast and easy way to style hair (and a popular item for men’s shorter hairstyles). If more hold is desired you can use this with other products including following up with hairspray. While this powder styler does work, you have to keep retouching it up and fluffing it up unless you use an additional stlyer like a hair spray to keep it up and in place. It is definitly better than hairspray alone since it make the hair seem thicker and holds better with these fibers. It just needs another product together to keep it in place. Read more
