My daughter is usually about a 10 in girls tops. Sometimes 12. We buy size Large in girls. We ordered 11-12 size in this, and it looks perfect. NOT big though. If you are a bigger size 12, I'd go up to 13-14. Eyeballing this, it looked more like a 10 to me. The polyester fabric is lovely, silky, not see-through (not 100% opaque, but a nude or white bra is all you need not a cami under). Finally a stylish blouse for younger girls who need something professional but not just a uniform. The beige color is actually called "Apricot" on the tag.
