Decent product
Firstly, I have never dared to try to cook 20 cups of rice in this, given that the hot foam and water starts spilling out once you try to cook anything more than 4 cups of normal rice in it. But given, that it cooks very well and also pretty quick in about 15 minutes for 4 cups. Makes life so much easier to have hot and fresh rice ready in minutes after coming home from a hard days work. I tried another brand and never quite liked how my Spanish rice turned out, so when I found the same one that I previously had I purchased it right away!!! Glass cover cannot tolerated the heat!!
I bought this Item on March 2015, now is July... Today the glass cove just shatter when I just steam some steam bun... nothing was hitting it & it just broken after the pot was beginning heating up... I have to throw away all the food because glass pieces were inside the food.... It was dangerous... How could a cover just shatter on the heat & it's a rice cooker’s cover?! Great to feed a big group
I purchased this product to take on trip of 30 college students. Trying to feed a group that big always has me worried about not having enough food. This is a wonderful purchase because it provided a way to cook an additional side item with little stress. I have also used it to cook extra pasta for the group.
