Firstly, I have never dared to try to cook 20 cups of rice in this, given that the hot foam and water starts spilling out once you try to cook anything more than 4 cups of normal rice in it. But given, that it cooks very well and also pretty quick in about 15 minutes for 4 cups. Makes life so much easier to have hot and fresh rice ready in minutes after coming home from a hard days work. Today the glass cove just shatter when I just steam some steam bun... nothing was hitting it & it just broken after the pot was beginning heating up... I have to throw away all the food because glass pieces were inside the food.... It was dangerous... How could a cover just shatter on the heat & it's a rice cooker’s cover?!
