Beautiful and arrived in perfect condition. Good value for copperware. Requires better gaskets; I used new garden hose gaskets and no leaking has been detected. Comes with additional water bottle and cups. Biggest benefit; it cleans the flavor of water, changing it to neutral overnight and keeps the water cool on the hottest of days. I learned that drinking out of a Cooper vessel was healthy. So I was excited to order one. Over a month of waiting for the package, it did not arrive to my address but to a neighbors address. I received the package open and with an item missing the cups are not the ones that they described,and damaged. Not happy. Read more

This is a beautiful product, and for the price, it wasn't bad. The only thing I didn't like was that the gasket does leak. I have had to tighten it real hard so that it doesn't leak. The problem is that I am the only one who can open the valve and get water. Other than that, it is a great product. Read more

The media could not be loaded. Would like to know if this is corrosion, or something else going on? Is this a breakdown of materials? I used filtered water (Zero water) in this container. I stopped using the copper container because I’m afraid it’s not safe to use. Any answers? Read more
