The box feels and looks fairly premium, so that's nice. I have used a laser hair removal device before so I knew a bit of what to expect. It comes with safety glasses and while they do not feel premium they are very dark and you should for sure be using them when using the device. It does flash very bright and I try to not look directly at it but the glasses do help a lot. They are not comfortable though, but you only really wear them to use it. I just keep them in the bathroom drawer with it so it's no big deal. It comes with a razor because you will want to shave the area before using it. I've tried it with slightly grown out hair and clean shaven and I think it works better with clean shaven. It has 2 modes, a hair removal mode and a skin rejuvenation mode. I'm not sure what the difference is exactly? But I only use it on HR (hair removal mode) anyway. You can set the lazer to auto pulse or trigger when you push the button and I like to trigger it when I push the button so I know when it will pulse. When you are using it you actually don't feel it unless you do several in the same spot right after each other. I think doing 2 back to back is fine but more than that kind of hurts and I'm not sure it really helps? But I try to use this 2 times a week like the manual says and it can take 8 weeks to see full results. I wasn't sore or anything after using it. All in all I think it's worth trying out. It's small and easy to maneuver and it doesn't feel cheap or anything. The glasses are darker than any I had so it's nice they include them. The razor is nothing special, but I guess it's there if you need it. If you are thinking of trying a lazer hair removal device I'd say this one seems nice. I have never had it professionally done and I like that I can do this at home when I feel like it. I'll update the review when I get to 8 weeks for full results. Look i kmow it says nondark hair but i say bs. This thing is a champion. It lasts for 30 minutes of continulous fire and sits for 10. It is a little big but makes up for it in both comfort from its chilling affect. As far as its brightness use the glasses because thisnthing WILL blind you without laser glasses and direct exposure. I've had laser hair removal in a professional office, I've tweezed, waxed, exfoliatd, and threaded. None of the at home treatments lasted more than a few days. I'm menopausal so, facial hair was a constant struggle. That is until I bought this. The results last longer, and thanks to the cooling feature, it isn't painful. The best part is I don't have to leave home. For the cost of 1 professional LHR session, I have all the sessions I could ever need in the palm of my hand! I had to search YouTube for instructions. The ones included weren't clear. However there's a plethora of videos available. And once you get started, its straight forward. I’ve been using this device for about 6 weeks. I started on the lowest setting using it two times a week and then increased to the next setting the next week and so on. I have noticed a difference with the hair under my arms, it seems to have worked great in that area! Less and less hair. I also use it on the bikini area and am starting to notice less hair each week. I’m hopeful with continuing to use it I’ll notice even less hair coming back and smoothness. I was disappointed when I didn’t see results in the first month as other reviewers reported. But I stuck with it and right around the 8 week mark is when the magic happened. I used to pluck every single day and god forbid if I missed a day. Now it’s so sparse that I have to use my reminder on my phone to remember to do it. It’s essential to be consistent for it to work. Every other day for first two months before I saw results. My hair was very course and dark. Now all I have is a few wiry blond hairs left which I have to resume plucking. It was worth the effort for my current results. I definitely recommend. I didn’t want to put in too much effort on larger areas unless I saw results on my face. I’m excited to try my legs and bikini now that I know it works. Small price to pay for long term hair removal. Device seems to be of similar quality to the more pricey units. I found it to be painless 9 out of 10 times I used it. On the few occasions it stung a little could’ve been due to my skincare routine or products used that day.
