I like the size, the price, and the easy to clean. More importantly, I “dislike” the speed settings. The “low” setting is way to speedy… it’s like a turbo!! Recipes often call for low speeds, especially when first starting to mix, but there is NO such thing on this mixer. Say too fast and slings the flower and other matter all over the counter and on me!
