Purchased these for a family member who had splints- one hand only, one hand and wrist. These are a little thicker than the ones that hospital provided. They are breathable, not too hot or uncomfortable. The sleeves stretch and then hug the arm without being tight. We trim the sleeves to the desired lengths for each arm. I had to cut mine down to fit which i expected. It doesn't fray as badly as the medical sleeve but it still frayed slightly. It is comfortable and soft. Read more

I got these to wear under a wrist splint. They are wonderful! They provide an extra layer for cleanliness and comfort. I ordered the small, they fit perfect, no trimming. They hold their shape very well. I give them a quick hand wash, just under the faucet with a drop of soap. great product! Read more

Perfect fit to put under my wrist splint. I purchased a small size based on some of the pictures that other people posted. I knew that this item would stretch and I wanted a snug fit for more comfort and so that as I put the splint on and tightened it, I wouldn’t have creases in the arm sleeve, which might cause more pain as the splint tightened If it’s perfectly with just the right amount of give. I have re-washed them already a couple times in the sink with mild detergent and they come out beautifully. I trimmed the thumb and I have not had any issues with the fabric unraveling. Works great! The fabric on the thumb was a little too long, but that was an easy fix. I just had to cut the thumb shorter. The fabric does not fall apart when you cut it. Read more
