The media could not be loaded. I had another bidet that sits in the toilet, but it felt unsanitary, especially with my partner starting a new medication that makes his trips to the bathroom a bit more.... explosive. I can't take off the toilet seat and scrub the bidet daily, so I decided a handheld bidet was better suited to my needs, and honestly even without a household with someone with tummy troubles the in toilet bidets are kind of unsanitary. The one I had was supposed to be sanitary because it had a "house* the spouts lived in when turned off, but that hous just grew mold inside that was impossible to reach. I settled for disassembling it monthly and pouring bleach into the little "house" I'll be honest, the first one I received leaked from the t-valve. It's very easy to install, but even still I took it off and reinstalled like 3 times trying to make sure the leak wasn't from something I did. I considered returning it and buying a different one since this was the most affordable option I thought a pricier one might be better, but I decided to do and exchange and get a replacement instead. So I did that early Saturday morning and by Sunday the replacement was here. The new one works perfectly, no leaks. So if yours leaks, try the exchange :) Highly recommend, it works great and is much easier to clean. Read more
