The media could not be loaded. It worked really well and was easy to install. However, the holder for the sprayer doesn't securely hold it. It's too big for the hose not to slip through and too small for the beginning of the sprayer to click into place like in the installation video. It's very lightweight and the water pressure can be strong and is easy to control if you like a softer pressure. The lever on the sprayer handle is very easy to push down and can be easy for children or elderly with weaker hands to use. Very affordable so I'm going to keep an eye on it to see how long it lasts. But the durable inside of the hose as well as the instruction to turn off the hose in between uses should allow for a longer lifespan. For the space I'm in, I found it easier to assemble the t-valve and hose before installing the t-valve to the tank. I was able to position the bidet shut off valve in an angle that's easier for me to use in between uses. Then I connected the water supply line, the stainless steel sprayer, I tested it out in the sink (the hose is pretty long), and installed the hook golder on the tank. I shut it off and released any remaining water that was left in the hose before placing it in the hook. I'm hoping this and demineralizing the sprayer every now and then will help maintain the bidet sprayer. Read more
