Positives: it turns on. It’s asntbcracked or broken. Negatives: everything else. Steam isn’t hot enough to clean anything. Nothing. Definitely not hard grout. Small water chamber, super tiny unit. I try sprayed the cleaner and let it sit for a few minutes and then use the brush to clean it up and there’s no stains whatsoever. It’s small and convenient. You can just pull it out and get the job done fast. I’m glad I bought it. Read more

The buttons on the handle don’t work, the soft “ironing cloth” doesn’t fit onto the head, and I don’t think the adjustment to the steam out put are working correctly. It seems to stay the at the same amount of steam no matter what level I put it on. It’s also very loud lol It does hold a lot of water which is nice. Read more
