I purchased this product to use for general gunsmith cleaning, but most important, to "pull dents and dings" from wood rifle and shotgun stocks prior to refinishing. I chose this one as it seemed to meet my needs and it was very price competitive. My first use, a 1908 "Brazilian Mauser", convinced me I made the right choice. Cleaning a "long storage"petroleum-based" product, Cosmolene, from the mechanicals was a breeze. A short "warm up" time made it easy to use. The wood stock was abused, but no cracks our gouges were present. Deep nicks are left alone, no machine is a miracle worker with torn wood. These are left! After refinishing they give the rifle its historical character. Minor dents came right out. Broader or deeper ones, and long as there was no wood fibers torn, took two or more treatments. This is the most amazing steam cleaner! I have used it all around the house. It is especially handy right now, because I’m getting ready to move out of my house and I want it to sparkle for the new owner. I have used it on windowsills, kitchen counters, and I have even removed sticky tape from tile as well as carpet. It works amazingly well. I also like that it has holds a good amount of water. The amount of water it holds makes it possible to use the steamer for quite a while before it runs out. The previous steamer I had was not this way. This is a very good feature. The media could not be loaded. It worked great for over 3 years. The only problem that occurs which comes from not using it enough is the buildup of crust inside which causes it not to steam hot. I didn’t know it didn’t steam hot until I tried touching the steam. Built strong and durable with good quality parts as seen. Read more

The sleeve is hard to find a replacement/ haven't found one cause mine tore. Not a great window washer . It is good for my walls and great for smoothing out the mold on small wall holes. It's not very big and not for big jobs. The lock pins for accessories melted and rubbed off. Read more

I bought this to clean those hard to deal with messes. One such mess was the back seat of my 2000 Outback. My 4 year old sprayed milk all over the back seat and I left it there after the pandemic started (it's both our faults :-D) this did a great job getting that stuff off. It does great with the window attachment as well! I've only had this about a week but it's easy to use other than the button to spray the steam. It can be difficult to hold while cleaning at times. 1st off, I have bought and owned many similar units! The operation light is so dim I couldn't see it until I turned the lights in the room off. I attempted to clean a spot on a car door interior trim panel. I sat on one spot for over 30 seconds and there was no change at all. I used a lysol disinfectant wipe and cleaned the entire panel in 30 seconds. Not just the quarter sized spot I tried to steam, THE ENTIRE PANEL!!!!!!! Junk, it's actually a waste to send this back, the environmental impact from the logistics alone is not worth anyone restocking or attempting to fix this Pure JUNK!!!!!! Read more

I've only owned this thing for about an hour now so as of 1/26/21 I can not speak upon durability or longevity. I can however tell you I've spent the last hour having a blast with this little thing trying to find every little corner/spec of dirt that has ever been out of my reach. My fridge has never looked cleaner and I even did the floor because why not. One of the best things is ....no soap just pure water ! I love being able to disinfect with this and I cant wait to do my windows this spring and my bathroom this weekend.
