The steamer has excellent pressure. It builds up, then I sprayed my gas stove elements. After spraying several times, I was amazed at all of the grease it loosened in the burners. The steamer heats and recovers fairly fast. It has good safety features. I have large windows and I dislike the squeegee attatchment. But, I rubber band on a microfiber to clean and use a dry one to dry wipe with and the windows turn out clean with much less work than cleaning liquids. It cleaned the rollers on my chairs good and just needed wiping off. I still needed steel wool to clean under my range burners, but it was a bit easier coming off. Haven't tried the brush, but there are no replacement ones available so probably only one or two uses. It is a bit heavy but I do have wrist problems. I will keep it if for no other reason than to clean my windows. My suggestion woud be to sell extra brushes and possibly a hard plastic tube to extend the reach. Read more

It’s taken me awhile to incorporate this tool into my cleaning routine. I find that it takes a few minutes to heat up but once you get going, you GO! You have the urge to get every nook and cranny and enjoy the satisfaction of dirt blasting away. I also think it’s a very smart design in that the device will not allow you to open and refill with water until it has cooled down. An important safety feature for the impatient like myself. I wish the cord was a tiny bit longer for maximum cleaning capabilities. The steam does work after the device has been unplugged but not for very long. I think this is a great tool if you are wanting to clean CLEAN. I have birds and I like using this machine (though they are terrified of it) because it reduces the need for harsh chemicals to achieve the cleanliness I desire! Read more
